Our Packages
We do not take a “one size fits all” approach to our work. Still, we believe that if you do not have a rich discovery process to uncover your brand’s strengths and opportunities, you will risk wasting money on tactics with no overarching strategy. For this reason, if you don’t already have strong brand research, story and guidelines, we encourage our clients to begin with the Discovery Package.
Discovery + Strategy Package
(4-6 weeks)
1. Initial meeting/insights with your team to identify your goals, vision and what a “win” looks like – (1 hour)
2. Industry, competitor deep dive (up to 4) to identify your differentiators, and shifts that may influence your strategy or growth opportunities.
3. Complete audit of your brand, marketing and online presence. Evaluation of your positioning and a deep dive and analysis of your target audience, the market you are in, geography and industry influences and insights.
4. Mid-point check-in with initial insights and thoughts (ensuring we are on track) – (1 hour).
5. Final designed report with our findings and strategic recommendations for growth, messaging recommendations, and specific recommended tactics/approaches that make sense for your business to get you where you want to go.
6. Final presentation of report to you and/or your key stakeholders – (1 hour).
Optional addition of stakeholder interviews – customer and staff – if desired.
Branding / Rebranding
(8-10 weeks)
1. Identification of brand archetype, story, tagline, primary messaging pillars and messaging.
2. Development of three initial visual brand concepts, colors and typography for review – up to two rounds of major edits.
3. Final logo formats, files and brand guidelines developed for use across business.
4. Design of new social media headers for brand.
Customer Experience Strategy
(8-10 weeks)
1. Evaluation and assessment of existing strategy, processes, goals, story and messaging.
2. Experience journey visualization created to help identify ways to improve the process and experience + identify gaps.
3. Development of strategic recommendations, solutions, processes, training or tech support needed to reach goal.
4. Identification of key metrics, how/when to measure, how to interpret and report on them, support for simple dashboard if needed.
Other Marketing Services
1. Social Media Strategy, Design and Implementation – we will own the entire social media process for you from ideation to scheduling.
2. Lead Magnet Funnel – design and build the landing page and ads, and create automations, emails and buyers journey.
3. Content Marketing Strategy and Implementation for blogs and email marketing (2 per month). Includes SEO optimization, research, design of cover art and monthly reporting.
4. Digital Ads/PPC/Social Ads – design, optimization, management, reporting and alignment of copy, images, keywords, landing pages, CTAs and profiles to ensure strong ROI.
5. Community Building – evaluation, strategy, research, design and support to grow your online community, create revenue opportunities, build loyalty and retention and develop a growth plan.

New retainer clients will require one month and a separate set-up fee prior to beginning work. The set-up fee varies based on organizational branding, story and materials available.
Full Scope – Discovery, Strategy, Research and Brand Package
(14-20 weeks)
1. Initial meeting/insights with your team to identify your goals, vision and what a “win” looks like – (1-2 hours).
2. Industry, competitor deep dive to identify your differentiators, and shifts that may influence your strategy or growth opportunities.
3. Brand, marketing, and positioning deep dive and analysis to ensure your brand is aligned with your targets and your marketing is creating demand and impact. Draft of new messaging recommendations + brand storytelling.
4. Interview with staff/evaluation of service and customer experience processes. Draft recommendations and suggested changes to visual identity (if indicated).
5. Check in with initial insights and crafted brand and strategy thoughts (ensuring we are on track) – (1.5 hours).
6. Development of final draft of messaging, brand storytelling, audience personas, service design updates, strategic growth recommendations and drafted tactical plan for growth.
7. Meeting to check in on final draft, get input, review visual identity updates and recommendations –(1 hour).
8. Final designed report with our findings and strategic recommendations for growth, messaging pillars and recommendations and specific tactics/approaches that make sense for your business to get you where you want to go. Includes all logo files, header templates for social media, brand guidelines, story and messaging framework and full strategy.
9. Final presentation of report to you and/or your key stakeholders – (2 hours).
