2. Create Purposeful Content
Remember, you can’t just put content out there for the sake of “activity” – there needs to be a purpose. Make sure it’s relevant, has value, and tells the audience what you do and why you do it.

Lastly, we want to remind you that understanding who your customers are and how you stack up with your competitor is crucial. To focus your brand’s message and own your market, find what resonates with your ideal customer and deliver an exceptional experience to them.
Look at your brand’s positioning, messaging, and impact.
Research shows that more than 60% of people will leave a brand after ONE bad experience. Having a frictionless and effortless customer experience will help you build loyalty, engagement, reputation, and growth.
